These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all competitions run by Forever Competitions (“we”, “us”, “our”) on forevercompetitions.uk. By entering any competition, you (“the entrant”, “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms.

We operate skill-based competitions. Each competition requires a correct answer to a qualifying skill question.

2. Eligibility
To enter any competition, you must:
• Be a UK resident (England, Scotland, Wales)( Excluding Northern Ireland)
• Be 18 or over
• Provide genuine personal details
Entries from outside the UK (Including Northern Ireland)are automatically void.

3. Skill Question Requirement
Every competition includes a qualifying skill question.
• You must answer correctly to be entered into the draw.
• Incorrect answers will not be included.
• We reserve the right to reject entries with missing or obviously random answers.
For postal entries, the correct answer must be written clearly on the entry.

4. How to Enter
You may enter via:
a) Paid Online Entry
• Select your competition
• Answer the skill question correctly
• Choose the number of entries
• Complete checkout
Each entry is treated as one separate ticket in the draw.
b) Free Postal Entry
Free entry is available for every competition.
Postal entries must include:
• Full name
• Address
• Phone number
• The competition name
• Correct answer to the skill question
• Statement: “I confirm I am 18 or over.”

Postal entries are treated exactly the same as paid entries.

5. Entry Limits
Each competition may have:
• A maximum number of entries
• A maximum allowed per customer
• A guaranteed draw date
Details are shown on each competition page.
Once a competition reaches maximum entries, no further entries will be accepted.

6. Closing Dates & Draw Dates
Each competition displays:
• Opening date
• Closing date
• Guaranteed draw date
If maximum entries are reached early, the competition may close sooner.
Draws will take place:
• Live on social media or
• Using a verified random generator
(The method will be stated on the competition page.)

7. Winner Selection
Winners are chosen using:
• A random number generator
or
• A live draw using numbered entries
All draws are fair, transparent, and fully recorded.
We reserve the right to verify identity and age before issuing prizes.
If we cannot contact a winner within 7 days, the prize may be redrawn.

8. Prizes
The prize for each competition is described on the competition page.
Prizes are:
• Non-transferable
• Non-exchangeable
• Cannot be swapped for cash unless stated
For holiday competitions:
• Dates are subject to availability
• Winners must hold valid passports
• Winners must meet destination entry requirements
If a prize becomes unavailable, an equivalent or higher-value prize may be offered.

9. Entry Validation
We reserve the right to:
• Reject duplicate or fraudulent entries
• Reject entries placed with incorrect personal information
• Remove incorrect answers before the draw
• Verify payment before confirming entry
The entrant is responsible for ensuring their details are correct.

• Postal delays
• Internet issues
• Payment failures
• Incorrect details provided
• Travel restrictions or external issues affecting holiday prizes
Our total liability is limited to the price of entry.

12. Refunds & Cancellations
Entries are non-refundable unless:
• A competition is cancelled by us
• There is a duplicate accidental payment
If refunded, all entries associated with that order become invalid.
